This Recipe Makes 1 Large Dessert Bowl

If you’re in need for a quick cold dessert then this First Choice Duo Delight will hit the spot. This dessert is super easy to prepare as the main ingredients include First Choice’s Velvet Dairy Desserts.

This dessert will also be fun for the kids to prepare – they will be wowed with all the beautiful layers formed. Keeping in mind that the dairy desserts are in liquid form – the layers won’t last once you dig in to them but it will still taste just as good.

First Choice Duo Delight Ingredients:

• 4 tablespoons butter
• 1 litre First Choice Vanilla Flavoured Dairy Dessert
• 1 litre First Choice Chocolate Flavoured Dairy Dessert
• 200 grams boudoir biscuits (lady fingers)
• 1-2 Cadbury Flakes

Method:

1. 1. Firstly, get out your chilled First Choice Vanilla & Chocolate Flavoured Desserts.

   3. Pour the Vanilla dessert into a mixing bowl.

   6. Whisk until it thickens & doubles in quantity.
   7. 
   8. Set aside.

   10. Next, pour the Chocolate dessert into another mixing bowl.

   13. Whisk until it thickens & doubles in quantity.

   15. Set aside.

   17. Thereafter, bring out the boudoir biscuits (lady fingers).

   20. Break them up into chunks & dump them into a blender.

   22. Blend the biscuits until they become crumbs – not too fine.

   24. Melt the butter for a few seconds in the microwave.

   26. Empty the blended biscuits into a bowl & add in the melted butter.

   30. In a dessert bowl, add a layer of the buttery biscuits & press down to the bottom of the bowl.
