ORANGE DAYDREAM SMOOTHIE

This Orange Daydream Smoothie will really take you into a daydream, as it is super yummy & so simple to prepare.
Oranges allow the production of red blood cells, prevents skin damage, lowers cholesterol, alkalizes the body, lowers the risk of cancer, controls blood sugar levels & safeguards against constipation.
This is an ideal smoothie to have any time of day & it is packed with all the nutrients & benefits.
Orange Daydream Smoothie Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ¼ cup Greek or plain yoghurt
- 1 orange
- ½ cup ice (optional)
Method:
- Peel the orange, separate the segments place into a blender.
- Next, pour in the almond milk.
- Thereafter, add in the Greek or plain yoghurt.
- Pour in the vanilla essence.
- Finally, add in the honey.
- Add ice if you prefer, I have omitted that because the orange, almond milk & yoghurt were already chilled. Blend all the ingredients together until combined.
- Finally, pour into a glass.
- Decorate as desired (optional). I just cut a slice of orange & attached it to the rim of the glass.
