This Orange Silk Breakfast Smoothie is really smooth in taste almost like a silky effect in your mouth. It is also a nutritious & healthy drink.
Banana’s & oranges are included in this recipe with banana’s being an instant energy booster & oranges providing the production of red blood cells, this is an ideal on the go breakfast.
Orange Silk Breakfast Smoothie Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ cup milk
- 1 banana
- 1 orange
- ½ cup ice (optional)
Method:
- Peel the orange, divide into sections & place into a blender.
- Next, peel the banana, cut into pieces & place into the blender.
- Pour in the milk.
- Thereafter, add in the honey.
- Blend until smooth & creamy.
- Finally, pour into a glass.
- Decorate as desired (optional). Serve chilled.
