This Orange Daydream Smoothie will really take you into a daydream, as it is super yummy & so simple to prepare.

Oranges allow the production of red blood cells, prevents skin damage, lowers cholesterol, alkalizes the body, lowers the risk of cancer, controls blood sugar levels & safeguards against constipation.

This is an ideal smoothie to have any time of day & it is packed with all the nutrients & benefits.

 

Orange Daydream Smoothie Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Peel the orange, separate the segments place into a blender.
  2. Next, pour in the almond milk.
  3. Thereafter, add in the Greek or plain yoghurt.
  4. Pour in the vanilla essence.
  5. Finally, add in the honey.
  6. Add ice if you prefer, I have omitted that because the orange, almond milk & yoghurt were already chilled. Blend all the ingredients together until combined.
  7. Finally, pour into a glass.
  8. Decorate as desired (optional). I just cut a slice of orange & attached it to the rim of the glass.
  9. Enjoy your Orange Daydream Smoothie Smoothie.
  10. It’s best to serve this smoothie fresh because it doesn’t take much time to prepare.
