A smoothie, also spelled smoothy or smoothee is a thick, icy refreshing drink using vegetables and/or fruits with various other ingredients.

 

Breakfast Oatmeal Banana Smoothie Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Peel banana, cut into pieces & place into a blender. Save a small slice of banana for garnishing when done.
  2. Next, add in the old fashioned rolled oats.
  3. Pour in the almond milk.
  4. Thereafter, add in the low fat plain yoghurt.
  5. Next, add in the honey.
  6. Finally, add in the cinnamon powder.
  7. Blend all the ingredients together until the banana is pureed.
  8. Your Breakfast Oatmeal Banana Smoothie is ready. How simple was that!
  9. Empty the smoothie into a glass.
  10. Remember the slice of banana that was kept aside in the beginning, pop that onto the edge of the glass.
  11. Additionally, sprinkle some rolled oats over the top.
